Purified Ulinastatin

　Ulinastatin (UTI) is a glycoprotein with a molecular weight of about 67KDa and 43KDa, which is separated from healthy men. The isoelectric point is PH2.0 ~ 3.5. It can inhibit the activity of many serine proteases, such as trypsin, chymotrypsin, hyaluronidase and so on. The production process is made of white powder which is prepared by the steps of adsorption of urine, adsorption and precipitation of ammonium sulfate, filtration, chromatography purification, sterilization, freeze drying and the like.

　　Ulinastatin has a variety of anti protease and anti-inflammatory function, which is mainly used for clinical treatment of acute pancreatitis SAP; acute circulatory failure; treatment of anti-tumor, anti shock and anti liver resection perioperative surgical invasion of disease.
