Hyaluronidase

Hyaluronidase  CAS No. : 9001-54-1

This product is an enzyme extracted from mammalian testis (such as bovine \ sheep testis). White or yellowish-white powder, soluble in water, insoluble in acetone \ ethanol \ diethyl ether. It can catalyze hydrolysis of acidity mucoitin for example hyaluronic acid, produce  oligosaccharide ( mainly butyl sugar ) , significantly reduce the viscosity of hyaluronic acid , to reduce viscosity of tissue fluid , improving the permeability of capillaries and tissuse, accelerating the diffusion of intracellular and extracellular substances , so it is an important drug dispersant .

Hyaluronidase can be used as proteolytic enzyme. Used to accelerate the absorption of intramuscular and subcutaneous injection drugs, alleviate pain at injection site, promoting infiltration of local anesthetics, it is conducive to promoting the dissipation of local edema or hematoma after operation and trauma ,  it is also used for intestinal adhesions.

This product was obtained by testicular extraction, salting out, chromatography, remove pyrogen , freeze-drying .
